As PCBs are customized products, standard returns are not supported. For verified quality issues, please get in touch with us for a refund or replacement. Please note we do not cover additional losses or costs beyond the value of the product itself. Delays in delivery due to force majeure factors (such as power outages or water supply interruptions) are not eligible for compensation.
If there are any issues or special instructions, please communicate directly with our team for confirmation. Do not leave independent messages, as we cannot guarantee they will be seen. Before and after payment, please confirm the process specifications, quantity, and layers. Once the order proceeds to production or shipping, refunds are not available. Since PCBs require high expertise, please consult your engineer or our support team if details are unclear.
Orders placed before 17:00 are recorded on the same day; orders placed after 17:00 are recorded the next business day. "24-hour delivery" represents one working day, not literally 24 chronological hours. Delivery schedules do not include Sundays or public holidays.
Green solder mask, white silkscreen, 1.6mm board thickness, HASL surface finish, 1oz copper thickness, vias with solder mask, line width/spacing ≥ 0.2mm, and via diameters above 0.3mm. Gerber formats are matched to the provided files. Standard pricing is based on these processes. Please inform us of any special process requirements for a custom quote.
