Q1:How can you guarantee the quality of the parts?
A: We offer a 3-month warranty for used parts and a 1-year warranty for new parts. If you receive components that do not function properly, you may return them to us within 7 days, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Q2:How are the items packaged when sent out?
A: We typically use 3cm thick foam board lining within shipping boxes to protect all components. Standard shipping cartons are used, and customized wooden boxes can be manufactured for heavier components.
Q3:Which payment methods and express couriers do you accept?
A: We support diverse payment options and delivery companies. Our standard terms accept Paypal, Western Union, and T/T Bank Transfers. Delivery options include UPS, EMS, TNT, FEDEX, DHL, and more.
Q4:Do you have testing equipment, and what is your typical delivery time?

Q5:If I only have a physical PCB sample but no file, can you fabricate it for me? Can you generate a Gerber file?
A: Yes, we can trace and copy the layout designs from your physical samples to generate a standardized Gerber file for manufacturing. We can also develop schematics and generate corresponding Gerber designs as required.
Q6:Are my design files kept secure when submitted for production?
A: Absolutely. All client files are held in strict confidentiality within our production facilities and are protected from third-party access. We are prepared to sign mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) for added security.
