We offer a 3-month warranty for used parts and 1-year warranty for new parts. If you receive parts that do not work properly, you can return them within 7 days, and we will cover the shipping costs.

We use 3cm thick foam board to fill around the box to ensure safety. For standard items, we use reinforced cartons; for heavy items, we provide customized wooden boxes.
